There are no benefits to Affirmative Action. It is a government program that perpetuates the myth that some people are "handicapped" by virtue of their skin color or race and need extra help. It's long been pushed by Democrats to continue the "victimization" so many enjoy in the U.S.

Affirmative action will help raise the level of diversity in colleges or businesses by giving jobs to more minorities over Caucasians.

Human dignity and equality are important ingredients for a sucessful society. A nation that thrives such as the old south in the usa will eventially meet a fate similar to the fate of the Confederate States of America. Morals amoung people are important.

Afirmative Action translates into equal justice for all, which is the linchpin of our democracy. Plus it guarantees that the Golden Rule is in practice. There is nothing wrong with extending a helping hand to others less fortunate and we are morally obligated to do so.
