This can be used in a variety of cooking styles; works wonders in a slow cooker. Just a few drops while cooking and immediate flavor. But the way I use it is when I start feeling a cold/flu coming; I make a tea with it; works wonders!
Onion extract can be added to any dish, although I do not recommend adding it to anything sweet. It would be far more fitting in a savory dish. You might try putting it into your lasagna.
