What are some uses for a plastic bin?

As a teacher I use plastic bins for storing items like themes: Ocean stuff, animal stuff, science stuff, math stuff. It helps keep teachers like myself organized. All I have to do is pull the bin out for the lesson I am teaching.

That depends on how big it is. Smaller ones can be used to reduce clutter from documents and papers you need to hang on to. Larger ones can be used to store clothes or bedding you don't need right now, and really don't want taking up shelf space you could put your towels on. Pet food is another option.

When I have out of season clothes to store, I reach for a plastic bin with a snap on lid. They are great to keep things clean.

You could use it to store the clothes that are not in season right now. You could also keep one article of clothing in it. You could put toys or almost anything in it.
