If you have artistic talent then the options are endless. You could make a drawing, sew some sort of adorable stuffed creation, craft a figure or flowers out of fimo, or make decorations. On the other hand, baked goods are great. Everyone likes food.

my personal favorite are simple cards which says what you really feel, not only is this cheap on the budget but the person who will receive it will truly appreciate it. my second best favorite is a homemade cookie or cake, if you know how to cook. :)
