Try looking for local ranches or stables that offer one-day riding lessons or short rides. Some may have special rates for parties or be willing to negotiate.

Why don't you contact the local 4-H, Horse Club or FFA? You would be surprised how many people would be happy to bring their horse by to surprise her. Or call a local boarding stable, ask for a tour! Maybe a Horse Show in the area?? Or an hour of riding? You can always bake a cake with plastic horses!

If you can afford it many local places offer trail rides where you rent horses for birthdays. If not you can find some really cool horse decorations out there.

You could treat her friends to horseback lessons, or just have a horse themed party. It could be cinderella themed or cowboy themed.
