Two very famous recipes that haven't been shared are Coca-Cola and Kentucky Fried Chicken. In some cases it is said that no one person knows more than half the recipe, so they can't tell the recipe in full even if they want to. Sometimes "copycat" recipes do exist, but they are guesses and approximations.
