Make sure you are well hydrated, both before and after your workout. Start off slowly, as if you do too much the first time, you will get sore and be more likely to quit. It may be helpful to have a partner to work out with. Change your routine, to prevent boredom.

Staying consistent in your workout routine is the best thing you can do. Whatever you do for exercise, don't over-do it, but do it daily and at a similar time.
