Choose vegetables with a high water content and taste good. Try vegetables such as carrots, celery and tomatoes. Try reading the label of your favorite vegetable juice and recreate it!
Much of the juice is tied up in the cells, so getting a juicer that has the power to fracture cell walls will allow you to get more juice out of your vegetables.
Peel off the vegetables and then dip the said vegetables in the water container for about an hour. After that cut the same into slices or small pieces and then extract the juice from those pieces. Get the juice filled into a cleaned jug. Mix some salt as per your taste.
