Career/employment quizzes/tests really depend what "traits" you are screening for?
Usually, You want to create examinations which can be objectively & quickly scored,
so mostly multiple-choice questions, with possibly a few fill-in-the-blanks ones.
Common subject-areas are:
English-grammar/spelling, basic/advanced mathematics, "common" knowledge/sense, ...
Some dating/personals/social-networking sites like have good examples/quizzes.
