There are usually no symptoms associated with a post- op brain scar with normal healing , as there is often no collagen in the brain to cause a scar. However itching may occur on the left side of your head, which is not serious. If you get any headaches, you should contact your doctor immediately.

There is often no collagen in the brain to cause a scar but if it becomes abnormally itchy or really bad headaches then this could be a symptom but it's not common.

There shouldn't be any symptoms with normal healing. Sometimes scar tissue can grow, and any symptoms, such as headaches, change in behavior mean an immediate trip to your doctor.

Typically, you will notice some itching on the left side of your head. If there is any peeling at all, call your doctor.
