The muscle in the lower abdomen gets fatigue when after an running. If muscle is treated well
with a warm up and warm down then the problem gets resolved.
Running or sprinting can cause this pain because of overworking of muscles for those who are out of shape, or are sprinting long distances. This could persist for maybe a few moments, or a few days, depending on the person.
Usually lower abdominal pain is caused from running by the way that you are breathing, if you just got through eating, or if you are exercising on and empty stomach.
It might occur due to fatigue, anemia, cramps in the lower abdominal muscles, hypothyroidism, dehydration or any problems in the bladder. Consult your physician, who would perform some basic tests.
