Travel from one to the other. Keep in mind that you cannot travel by motorcycle into Columbia via Panama - there is no road connecting it.

One excellent route to take is the highway along the eastern coast of Mexico along the Gulf of Mexico. From Mexico City ride down to Progresso (which has an excellent beach) and then continue on to the beautiful ruins of Chichen Itza. From there, Guatemala is very close.

This is an absolutely horrible idea. I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy do this. Chances are you will be arrested and mugged several times.
