One option would be to decorate the cake with faux leaves in bright orange, red, yellow, and green. You could also get some leaves made out of fondant or gum paste to put on the cake tiers. Another option would be to use pumpkins on the cake stand or as the cake toppers.

i seen a bueatiful cake in the shape if a pumpkin with leave and gourds and apple and all falls things made out of sugar and it was the pretty the one pumkin was made in a carrage with the bride and the groom top in it man was it different
