Do you have a moist pound cake recipe for a wedding?

I want to have a pound cake for my wedding cake.

Any good recipe using the very freshest ingredients will make a rich pound cake. Adding ingredients will be difficult. My suggestion is to drizzle each layer with a flavoring (i.e., rum, brandy, simple syrup), split each layer and spread with seedless raspberry jam, or lemon curd, or icing, or any flavor that will complement your frosting.

I have heard that sour cream pound cake is very moist because of the creaminess of the sour cream. In addition to all the other ingredient, you'll want to add sour cream, oil and plenty of liquid. The creamier the batter, the moister the cake will be. Pound cake is also an inexpensive cake to have.

The best way to make the pound cake is just to buy the super moist betty crocker cake mix. Add some eggs and it is good to go. You will also need to make your own butter cream icing.

3C sugar 1C butter 6 eggs, separated 2tsp vanilla 1C sourcream 3C flour 1/4tsp bakingsoda 1/4tsp salt Cream sugar, butter & yolks, vanilla & sourcream. sift flour, salt, & soda. Add to batter. beat whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour into a greased & floured pan. bake 1. 5 hours @ 300°.
