Every good high protein meal should contain a selection of protein sources. Beans, meat and some dairy. A bean salad with some tuna or chicken. A burger or delicious steak with cheese.
Smoothies made with peanut butter and whey protein are great. Fish is also very high in protein and adding it to a salad or some grilled vegetables on the side. stirfry with some tofu and eggs will give you another protien boost.
