The Great Escape is one of the best movies I've ever seen. It's about prisoners of war in a German POW camp during World War II. It's based on a true story, although some things are changed. It's suspenseful and exciting and even funny. It's a movie with just men.
Many war films have a very limited female cast, such as Saving Private Ryan, Platoon, Apocalypse Now!, Paths of Glory, Full Metal Jacket, and All Quiet on the Western Front.
