Well you can basically start by planting out all the seeds. and then you should add some fertilizer into it. Then you should add some root soil as well to it and that way it can raise the bed garden. You should also plant some flowers and seeds into it.

You should decide what you want types of vegetables you want to plant and make sure you have the correct type of soil and a large enough space to put it. Irrigation and proper sun exposure must also be planned and this can all be done with research or speaking with a landscape architect.
