You could have the class sing lines like, "Chester Cheetah chewed a chunk of cheap cheddar cheese" using various notes for each syllable. Alternatively, you could do one where the chorus puts a hand on their diaphragm and goes "Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha," with a different note for each "ha."
