While sitting on the ground, place your right leg over left so that your left foot is tucked into your right knee keeping your foot flat. Then, place your right elbow on the left side of your right knee. You can stretch your ribs using the leverage from the right arm on the knee. Hold 5 seconds then change sides.

You can bend your back backwards and place your arms around your legs. This was stretch around the ribs and the legs as well.

A proper regimen of abdominal excercises can help keep the ribs in check. Performing a routine of crunches and sit ups can help out in the long run.

I have search on the net and there are several suggestions that they used the Kalidasa technique. Kalidasa is the deeloper of the Kalidasa Self Adjusting Technique. These techniques are used to adjust your ribs, hips and neck painlessly. Try also arching the back oer the bench and reaching the back with your arms. Take care not to over stretched.
