Easter related crafts are a good idea. You could make mother's day cards, baby chicks out of pompoms, paint eggs, make stuffed animals, make terrariums or pot small plants to learn about germination, write a short story about spring, make recycling posters for earth day, or bird feeders. Any craft that focuses on the outdoors will be a hit.

Easter themed crafts are always fun, egg coloring, simple construction paper crafts like bunny masks or pastel colored eggs. You can make birds nests out of construction paper also.

I always find mixing crafts and gardening great ideas for kids in the spring. You could have them decorate flower pots, then fill them with soil and plant flower or herb seeds. If you prefer flowers, have them plant a tulip bulb which will bloom around April. They could also decorate watering cans as a side project.

Spring crafts can be easily done! Buy some adhesive foam shapes from a local craft store, and some paper, glue and glitter and make pictures. If you are celebrating Easter, decorate plastic eggs with the adhesive shapes.
