You can make mini Aztec Totems. All you'll need is some PVC glue, tissue paper, felt pen and watercolor or acrylic paint. Draw your design on the rolls using the felt pen. Then soak the tissue paper in some PVC glue and stick them where you drew the outline (this creates a 3D effect). Let it dry, then paint it.

Paint the tubes with craft paint. When dry, cut the tubes into slices (like cookie dough). Bend each end to create petals. Hold them together with yarn or glue.
