This really depends on the kind of music that you like. Some of my favorites for a road trip are "Summer of '69" by Bryan Adams, "Should've Known Better" by Richard Marx, and Westlife's "When You're Lookin' Like That. " If you get near the Grand Canyon, put on "Fanfare for the Common Man" by Emerson, Lake and Palmer!

I like country rock songs for road trips - anything by the Allman Brothers, CCR, Janice Jopin, Skynard - songs of that genre.
