You can peel the guavas and stew them to make a jam or you can make a guava cream cheese tart.

There are many, many recipes available on the internet that calls for guava. For instance there are recipes available to make Guava Cake, Guava Chiffon Cake, Guava Barbecue Sauce and even a recipe for a punch drink that calls for guava. Good luck and have fun!!!

These would be really good recipes for using guava fruit.I think the cake is the best.Guava Cake,Guava Jelly,Chicken and Guava filled bundles.Chutney,Guava Chiffon pie,Guava Mousse,Baked Guavas stuffed with mushrooms and olives.Guava mango smoothies,passion fruit and guava bellinis.Guava cheesecake wih cashew-ginger crust,Guava turnovers,guava bbq sauce,gauva flan,guava jam,Candied gauvas.Also the cheesecake would be very good.

Combine 1 cup pureed guava, 1/3 cup orange juice, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 cup peach preserves. Place whole chicken in roasting pan with raw carrots. Brush 1/2 of glaze on chicken, roast for 45-50 minutes. Pour remainder of glaze on chicken and carrots, bake for an additional 15 minutes and serve.
