I like to use it in dessert toppings or when making custard or Creme Brulee. Also excellent when making crepes. It also works well in a chocolate fondue. The Grand Marnier website has a number of great suggestions.

Crepes Suzette is the classic Grand Marnier recipe. You basically fill a crepe with orange marmalade and douse with Grand Marnier. You can flambe it as well (light the whole thing on fire to burn off the alcohol from the Grand Marnier).

Grand Marnier has a great website with drink and food recipes. I like their 20 minutes recipes especially the Chocolate Mousse and the Orchard Fruit Salad. They offer many other dessert recipes that are just as nice and cocktail appetizer recipes that are wonderful. Each recipe is so easy that it doesn't take much skill to make them.

Besides delicious cocktails, Grand Marnier can be used as a flavoring in desserts such as creme brulee, truffles and cake frosting. It can even be used in marinade.
