You could play tag with the hose. When a person is sprayed with the water, they are "it". A sprinkler hose could be used to run through on hot days.

There are many good outside water games.Here are some of them water balloons/water gun fight/swimming races/running around the sprinkler/water slides/bucket fight.If you have a hose and a sprinkler hose you can use the hose for another team so they can spray out water to spray the other team and the other team could use the sprinkler hose .
