It is a bit pricier, but you can try Brauhaus Schmitz on South Street. There are also little pubs around that offer German beers like Eulogy or Monks.

I found one online called Brahaus Schmitz that had good reviews. I suggest going on yelp, and searching for German Restaurants, and enter in the city.

I'm not totally sure about the quality of the food, but the first two places on google that come up are Philadelphia's German Beer Hall, and Austrian Village.
