What are some good exercises for gymnastics flexibility training?

When I was a gymnast I learned that the greatest thing for my flexibility was stretching and jumping on the long trampolines. You can do flips and stretch your legs out.

Learning how to do basic floor exercises is a good place to start. Practice left, right, and straddle splits; work on perfecting the butterfly (the position where you sit on the ground, knees out and heels touching, and lean forward as far as you can.) Yoga positions are also very helpful.
