What are exercises that I can do that will help me prevent gymnastics rips?

I would like to prevent injury while doing gymnastics.

The most important thing is to stretch. After a short jog to warm up, I would spend at least 30 minutes stretching all groups: arms, legs, back, partner and static.

Gymanastics is based on the flexibility of a being.Make sure you are stretching a lot before u do any sort of practice or routine in order to get ur body warmed up.

Spend 20-30 minutes prior to gymnastics doing stretches. You can find books on specific types or the gym you use might have pamphlets. You should also make sure to drink plenty of liquids so you don't dehydrate. Other than that be sure not to "hot dog" it. Use common safety practices for the type of gymnastic you perform.

Warm up's and on off day's do full Extended stretching exercise's.This will keep the tendon's and connective tissue's loose.Squat and drop's,lunge's,any Stretching exercise targeting the area's that are tight fealing.

I always cool my hands between turns and i try to wear always leather hand grips and i do non-swinging drills between turns of swing. Sometimes before gymnastic i try to take anything who contains vitamin E.
