Take small clay pots and paint, sticker, and finish with decoupage. Make prayer bracelets. What Would Jesus do, pins, keyholders. Necklaces with beads. If you go online you will find that there are many bible schools and they show all the crafts they did. Each year you have a different theme.

You could make Bible verse bookmarks and let the kids decorate them and they make nice little gifts for parents and grandparents. You can make sand bottles with different colored sand and let them pour designs into bottles. You could print off some pictures from a picture coloring site with a Biblical theme and have them color them.
