What is a good source of free Bible lessons for pre-school?

It's for a summer Bible camp.

Finding good free lessons is hard. I would highly recommend finding a good Sunday School curriculum that can be broken down/re-purposed into VBS sized chunks. Or brainstorm a theme (we used a Jerusalem Marketplace circa 30AD) and find ways to integrate the stories (one station is a baker, the kids knead dough and talk about the Exodus, etc).

Check with your denomination's main office. They often have free materials available. A Web search for your topic should provide several free offerings. Check your local library for books on preschool Bible activities. Finally, use your imagination. Take preschool activities that you've done in other settings and adjust them to fit the Bible camp theme.
