What kind of crafts can you do that help kids learn about the Bible?

I'm leading a class at Bible camp this summer.

You can make "What Would Jesus Do" WWJD, keychains, necklaces, bracelets. You can make crosses our of roping etc. You can do a painting class on people from the Bible. You can make scenery and have a skit, and they can dress up for the people in the skit. You can give them Bible coloring books and learn their meaning.

You could give the children the task to create a biblical landscape in a shoebox. Choose perhaps ten scenes in the Bible that involve animals and a few people - the talking donkey of Bileam would be a good one, as would Jesus riding the donkey to Jerusalem. Give the children stones, paper, sticks and fabrics to make the scene.
