Thoroseal is an excellent sealant for block basement walls. It is very think and is best applied with a roof tar brush or a rough surface roller. UGL's Dry-lok is another good product. It goes on much more like a paint than the Thoroseal product. Either one can help protect against water infiltrating through the basement wall.

Gluvit Epoxy Water Sealant is a good basement water sealer that can be used on fibre glasses. Elch Pro Sealer is another one for using on stone and brick. Polysiloxane blend basement sealers are durable and UV ray resistant.

First, identify reasons for the water moisture. Silicate sealers penetrate the concrete up to four inches into the concrete. In addition, Polysiloxane blend sealers will provide a water repellent surface.
