Try benching the 135 lbs with various grips. Wide grip will focus more on your chest while narrow grips will focus more on your triceps. Do each set to failure, meaning until you can't do any more.

You can do the following routine in bench press: clined bench press to develop your upper chest clined bench press for lower chest 3. Dumbbell lateral to develop the outer part of your pectoral.Gripping technique: narrow grip develops the inner part of pectoral, wide grip develops the outer part of pectoral.

Just basic bench press using that amount of weight. You could also do flies or press with dumbells (60-70 pounds for each dumbell), or military press using that amount of weight.

I would recommend a lot of fly exercises, along with pressing the dumbells, and also doing chest extensions, inclines and declines.

When I was in high school I would do 20 repts and do 20 more. If that was to easy i would go 25. Always have a spotter though.
