I would suggest a long bob. It is easy to care for but long enough it looks cute and it usually helps frame the little girls face which makes her eyes seem to pop more. It is an easy to take care of look all that would be required is to brush the hair.

Just do a cute bob, without layers. I will look good and be easy to fix. Layers will make it hard to deal with.

Get her a shoulder-length bob. That way, its not too long but not too short that would require too much maintenance.

Something just above the shoulder is nice. A bob is always tempting and looks sweet, but there isn't a great way to pull it back to keep it out of her face for playing. Keeping it a little above the shoulders leaves enough to pull into a ponytail, but takes enough length off to keep snarls at bay.
