You can't target your weight loss to one part of your body. If you want to lose your moobs, you'll need to do full-do strength exercises and improve your cardio.

You should loose some weight by walking or doing cardio. You also need to gain muscle mass. This can be done by push-ups and lifting weights.

Lots of cardio (to lose some weight), and then do a lot of chest exercises, like bench press, fly press and incline press (and push ups).
