What are some facts about calcium?

Calcium is absorbed best when you get plenty of magnesium and Vitamin D. You can get these naturally from what you eat and Vitamin D can come from the sun. You may also want to get a vitamin with all 3 ingredients.

Calcium gives you strong bones and teeth. It is also something that menopausal women do not have as much of in their bodies. If you break a bone calcium is a good way to ensure fast healing.
