What are some exercises to relieve lower back and hip pain?

I had a circular mass removed from my hip a month ago.

To relieve lower back and hip pain stretching is the best exercise. Take as much rest as you can. Whenever you lie down always lie on a flat bed and it is better to avoid pillows. if exercise does not help you then try to take some pain killers to get rid of the pain.

To relieve lower back and hip pain, a serious of physical therapy muscle stretching exercises is required, including laying flat on your back and pulling your knees, alternately up to your chest and hold for 10 seconds each. Repeat this 10 times and do it at least 4 times per day. Swimming is also wonderful.

You could try sitting on a exercise ball and moving in a circular motion. Also, try getting down on all 4's and doing leg lifts with each leg. Those are just 2 exercises I could think of.

The major exercise that could be advocated to relieve lower back and hip pain is to extend arms fully on the same time hips have to be pressed to the floor. stretching and relaxing the back could also give a considerable relief from back and hip pain. Raising and relaxing foot also cure the pain.
