What are some exercises for people with bone spurs?

Well It seems that your bones are really weak so you need to go to yoga. I think going to bikram yoga will help you a lot. So why don't you go to bikram?

Bone spurs or boney projections usually form along the joints such as anle or heel, feet, shoulders, wrist and spine. The type of exercise for people with bone spurs depends upon the joint where they are having the problem. Some common exercises which are safe to do, are swimming, rowing and cycling. These exercises have very low impact on joints.

Keep legs bent,Stop when you feel the stretch in the back of your legs. Hold this position for for 5 seconds. Lie on the floor and Lift one leg in the air until you feel the stretch. Use a towel to help maintain a straight leg. walking,water aerobics,using a stationary bike.

Improper exercising is usually the cause of bone spurs, once spurs are present you can exercise normally just make sure to stretch properly before hand and do the exercise movements exactly as instructed.

You want to take pressure off your bone spur (change clothing, shoes, etc) and strenghten the muscles around the spur to reduce bone pressure.
