What are some examples of kindergarten lesson plans?

Most kindergarten classes teach are how to do simple math. Usually the math wont go over 10 plus 10. They're also learning how to write letters. Reading really basic words, and learning how to write the most basic of sentences. They're also given a few small projects such as coloring or very easy drawing and art.

Kindergarten kids learn the letters and how the sounds make words. They learn numbers and how to add them together. They also learn social skills, how to share, build together, and be creative. They learn patterns, colors, and shapes.
