Golden ratio is just the idea of a maintaining a ratio of a maximum 10 students to 1 teacher. Any small group activity will work.

First start with the Fibonacci sequence, and explain how that can be used to find Phi. Go into describing the golden ratio, and use leaves, shells, and other examples that are found in nature, or examples found in art, that display this ratio.
