Healing bones needs more than milk! I would recommend trying to eat a lot of green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale. Also, smoking is bad for healing bones.

Any food with calcium in it, such as dairy products or broccoli. Also, to help with calcium absorption, you need Vitamin D, so sit in the sun.
