A deciduous tree is any hardwood tree. That includes any tree in the oak,and maple families. Elm trees, friut trees and locust trees.

A few examples of deciduous trees are: maple, redbud, oak, hickory, crepe myrtle, sycamore, althea, chinquepin, plum, pear, dogwood, and birch.
