The best days to list 7-day auctions are Sunday and Monday. Use an automated listing tool to have your auctions start automatically if you won't be available to do it.

The most important thing for ebay listings is having good pictures. You should invest in a good camera and put plenty of pictures and make your listings very descriptive.
