There are many things you can do. We have a tropical beachy theme going on in our living room and to decorate our ceiling fans light pull we attached a couple pieces of beach glass to the ends of the cords with some wire. It really looks nice and adds a great touch to our living room.

Look for some interesting beads. Best are beads with large holes that fit on the chain. Or string up any size beads to make a pull and attach that. If you have tiny knick-knacks that go with the room's theme, drill a hole or attach a ring and use that.

Tassles come in varying lengths, thicknesses, solid colors and color combinations and make great light pulls. They can usually be found in the drapery department of major retail stores and also in some craft and fabric shops.
