Use fabric paint or markers to write the information on a onesie. Send out a paper doll shaped like a baby. Include clothes to dress the doll and write one bit of information on each clothing item. If your friend has a great sense of humor, use brown marker to write the information on the inside of a newborn diaper.

I saw one where the invites were given inside the kind of bottle the new mom wanted more of. Another was an invite folded to look like a diaper.

One idea is to use your computer to create the invitation. There are so many cute fonts that you can use for the words. Once the invitation is complete, add decals like pacifiers or baby bottles. Another idea is to glue a button in the center of a blank card and write "cute as a button" on the invitation.
