Purchase inexpensive flat acrylic dollar store picture frames and glue the puzzle pieces around the edges you can use all one color alternate colors or even a rainbow. I like to spray them with clear acrylic before assembling.

Puzzle pieces make great decorations for picture frames. You can buy plain wooden frames, paint them, and decorate with numerous colors of puzzle pieces. Flower puzzles, like Thomas Kincaid, work nicely.

Personalised name jigsaw puzzle home crafts using cardboard or foam or plywood? Cut out twenty-six upper and lower cases of the alphabet in different bold colours. Shape them into interlocking pieces just like pieces of jigsaw. By piecing the letters together, as you would spell a name, you are actually doing a jigsaw puzzle.

Seniors enjoy making jewelry with puzzle pieces. Add a pin back to a cluster of pieces and embellish with sequins or rhinestones for brooches. Small pieces make nice earrings with glued on backs.

Making frames with puzzle pieces can look really cool. You simply buy cardboard frames or make them your self and glue puzzle pieces around them right next to each other and overlapping a bit to decorate them. This looks best when the puzzles are brightly colored and have a lot of the same colors so more of the pieces match.
