Purchase inexpensive flat acrylic dollar store picture frames and glue the puzzle pieces around the edges you can use all one color alternate colors or even a rainbow. I like to spray them with clear acrylic before assembling.

You simply buy cardboard frames or make them your self and glue puzzle pieces around them right next to each other and overlapping a bit to decorate them. This looks best when the puzzles are brightly colored and have a lot of the same colors so more of the pieces match.
