A piece of my rabbits meat is showing. I put some Neosporin on it. What else should I do?

I was cutting a knot off my rabbit then a piece of its meat showed. I washed it then put some Neosporin on it. PLEASE answer quickly!

I don't think that there was much that you could do other than that. If it wasn't a wound, then there isn't a problem, though.
