Check with your family and see if anyone has bought him a diploma frame.I just moved into my own office at work and that was the first thing I wanted to hang but of course I had to go buy a frame as I never received one as a gift.

A new computer or laptop which could be useful in their upcoming career; down payment for a nicer car; a cookbook for real food (he didn't eat any in college)
