You can have thethem make a countdown to christmas chain. Cut strips of red and green construction paper, join to make a chain. Remove a link daily until Christmas.

A good Christmas craft is making "Rudolph". Use some tempera paint to paint the child foot brown, have them press their foot on a piece of paper, once dried decorate with a red "pom pom ball" nose and "googly eyes" which can be purchased at craft stores.

There are a lot of crafts you can make for the christmas holiday. Popular things would be christmas cards, ornaments, and decorating gingerbread men or houses. Other things you could do is create wreaths and make christmas trees out of books by folding in the bottom corners and top corners!
