If your chair has arm rests, put your hands on them and push your body out of chair using the strength of your arms. This can be done at work!

Throwing a ball from one person to another is a good fun while getting your heart rate up. While seated you can kick a ball back and forth between another person. Another idea is an upper body routine which includes getting your arms up above your head.
